Commission requests can be accommodated.

Shipping

Shipping fees are automatically added to your order and include insurance. Shipping costs depend on the size and weight of the order. Additional items receive a discount in the shipping cost. Shipping costs are based upon equation estimate. If need be excess shipping fees will be refunded.

Returns and Satisfaction Guarantee

It is important that you are satisfied with your purchase. Any item must be returned within 15 days of receipt in its original condition. Before returning your item, please contact byTonya with your reason for the return and you will be provided a Return Authorization number. Upon receipt of the item, you will be provided a refund in the same form as your payment.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact the US Postal Service immediately for a full refund. Purchases are insured for the purchase amount plus S&H fees. If, for any reason, you cannot collect from the US Postal Service, you may return the damaged item (s) within 15 days for a full refund.
